The Berlin-Usedom long-distance cycle route stretches an impressive 334 kilometers from the German capital Berlin to the Baltic seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Passing scenic beauty and cultural highlights, you cycle 72 km through the Uckermark almost untouched by traffic. The historic town of Angermünde, the Blumberger Mühle nature experience and the Uckersee lakes with one of the largest contiguous reed beds in Germany as well as St. Mary’s Church in Prenzlau are just some of the stops worth seeing.

The Uckermark section of the Berlin-Usedom long-distance cycle route from Angermünde to Nechlin is also suitable for e-bikes. E-bikes are available from Fahrrad Schäfer in Angermünde. From Prenzlau or Nechlin, for example, the return journey can be made by train (RE3).
