Uckerseen Apartments

The house is located in a very quiet location, in the middle of the hilly landscape of the Uckerseen. Ecological aspects were already taken into account during the refurbishment phase. Optimal use of daylight, insulated glass windows, heating temperature control based on demand, baseboard heaters, insulated piping, storage tanks and pumps, precautions to prevent uncontrolled opening of doors and windows in communally heated rooms, motion detectors and seasonal partial operation of some areas of the building allow not only you but also the climate to breathe a sigh of relief. Some of the furnishings were made with recycled furniture, and only biodegradable cleaning agents are used.

In the two large vacation apartments (approx. 90m²) there is room for families and small groups of up to six people (extra bed possible). Cribs and a high chair are available on request.
The cozy and spacious eat-in kitchen has counter space, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and a dining area for up to 8 people, as well as a washing machine. In the living room there is a small library, board games and a large TV.

On the 1,000 m² lawn the children can play, you can relax – have breakfast or barbecue in the covered gazebo or on the terrace – and use the rotary clothes dryer.

The train station Seehausen is about 2.5 km away.

The house is climate friendly because we have

• Generate hot water and heating in part by yourself using solar energy
• purify the wastewater in our own constructed wetland
• Obtain 100% green electricity
• Have used natural building materials such as wood and stone in the renovation process
• Have used recycled furniture in the furnishing
• have designed the garden close to nature
• pick up the guests from Seehausen train station if needed
